Measure an existing ring

- Match to the chart for US and AU/NZ sizes.
Measure your finger
- Wrap paper/string where the ring will sit; mark and measure the length (mm) to get circumference.
- If between sizes, choose the larger size.
Fit tips
- Measure at the end of the day (fingers can swell).
- Wider bands (6 mm+) feel tighter; consider sizing up slightly.
- The ring should slide on easily and come off with slight resistance over the knuckle.

If measuring your actual finger, do so in the afternoon when your hands are warm for best results.
